About The Role
As a quota-carrying Account Executive, you will manage the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement and relationship building with key stakeholders to negotiation and contract finalization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of Shapes' solution and articulating its direct impact on customer ROI.
- Conducting sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients
- Empowering prospects to connect their goals and challenges with our HR PeopleOS platform.
- Crafting strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to help customers maximize value from our HR PeopleOS platform.
- Serving as the primary contact for product knowledge, relationship management, and commercial matters.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Your Experience & Skills
We are seeking a candidate with:
- 2+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS fast-paced company, with a significant advantage for experience in HRIS and employee lifecycle processes.
- A proven track record of sales success and overachievement.
- The ability to understand client needs and find effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal / written communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to manage multiple leads, sales pipeline, and deadlines effectively.
- Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach.
- A driven, self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
- A collaborative, high-energy team player attitude.
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- A BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
