About the role

We're looking for our first brand & marketing designer. You'll own how we look, feel, and show up—from refining our visual identity to designing every asset that reaches our audience. You'll make prospects pause mid-scroll, help sales teams win deals, and give customers something worth sharing. You'll challenge traditional marketing playbooks, and stay relentlessly curious about new tools and methods. What you'll do

  • Evolve and sharpen our brand identity—define visual language, guidelines, and systems that scale across digital and physical touchpoints
  • Design marketing assets that convert: web experiences, social content, landing pages, ad creatives, email templates, and everything that matters
  • Create sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, leave-behinds, ROI calculators
  • Design for real-world-marketing: swag, event booths, signage, and anything else we take into the real world
  • Partner closely with product marketing, product design, and leadership to translate strategy into visuals that land
  • Stay ahead of the curve—explore AI design tools, test new formats, and push what's possible
  • Build fast, iterate faster—test designs, learn from data, and refine relentlessly

What you have

  • 3+ years designing for SaaS companies, ideally in early or growth-stage environments
  • Strong portfolio showing brand work and marketing execution across digital (web, ads, email, social) and physical formats
  • Deep craft in visual design, typography, layout, and storytelling through design
  • Tech-savvy and tool-curious—you experiment with AI, explore new platforms, and challenge "how we've always done it"
  • Business-minded: you understand how design impacts conversion, pipeline, and customer perception
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and speed—you thrive when things move fast and priorities shift
  • Experience with motion design - HUGE adventage
