Knowledge base folder permissions

Sensitive docs and general resources can now live in one knowledge base without everyone seeing everything. Set visibility per folder, admins only, company-wide, or specific groups. Super admins still decide which admins manage the KB, scoped to their own groups. The right content reaches the right people.
