Employee unique ID numbers
Each employee can now have a unique, stable ID number. Assign the next number automatically when someone joins, keep leading zeros intact (0001, 0002…), and the system catches any duplicate on create, edit, or import. A reliable, conflict-free way to identify every person in your org.
Personalised email subject lines
Subject lines can now use the same variables as the email body, like name, manager, or start date. The personalised greeting now starts in the inbox, before anyone opens the email.

Conditional tasks in workflows
Add a condition to any task in a workflow, like 'Office is HQ', and the task runs only for the people who match. Everyone else has it skipped automatically. One workflow that adapts to each person.
Level field for every employee
Every employee profile now has a Level field — Junior, Mid, Senior, or customised to your company's leveling system. Find it under the Role group in any profile. A consistent, shared language for where each person sits across the org.
