Keep your travellers in sync automatically. Connect Navan and Shapes creates, updates and deactivates employee accounts on the Navan side straight from your Shapes data — synced once a day, with no manual user management. Set it up from the Integrations marketplace.

New hires in Teamtailor now become employees in Shapes on their own — job title, team, office and contact details filled in, marked Pending Arrival.

Permissions are now granular. Super admin can decide exactly which admins can create cycles, launch them, or both. Useful if you want HR manager building cycles but only a smaller group approving the launch.

Cycles can now launch automatically based on each employee's own anchor date, like their start date, instead of one fixed date for everyone. Example: Review that triggers 90 days after each employee's start date, no manual scheduling needed.

Set a fixed-date cycle once and let it repeat on a schedule (monthly, quarterly, etc.) instead of recreating it every time. You choose how it ends: after a set number of occurrences, on a specific date, or ongoing with no end date.
