Admins can now bulk-import people
Admin with 'Add employees' access can bulk-import people from a file, scoped to their own groups. Rows outside their scope are skipped with a clear reason, and rows missing required info are flagged before anything writes. Your regional admins onboard their own people, independently.

Papershift integration
Connect Shapes to Papershift and your people stay in sync automatically. New hires get added, changes get updated, and departures are deactivated in Papershift. Add your Papershift API token from the Integrations page.
Folders in the Knowledge Base
Your Knowledge Base can now be organised into folders. Create, rename, delete and drag files in. Multi-select with the bulk bar for quick moves and deletes. Search within a folder or across the whole Knowledge Base.
Copy or download AI charts as images
Charts in AI chat are now shareable in one click. A copy button copies any chart to your clipboard as a PNG, paste straight into Slack, Notion, or anywhere. Download is now a menu: grab the data as CSV or save the chart as a PNG file.

Ask the AI chat a numeric question — for example: headcount over time, time-off by reason, attendance by team — and it answers with a chart. Line, bar, and pie. Multi-series included, dates bin automatically, and every chart has a CSV download. Your data, visualised where you’re already asking about it.
