Export all employee files at once
Admins can now pull every file attached to their employees in a single download: pick Export Employee Files, confirm, and we email a secure, login-protected link when it's ready. the download only includes files that admins have permission to.
Tell the AI chat when it misses
Thumbs-down on an AI chat answer now opens a quick box to say what went wrong, in your own words. Every note is saved and helps us sharpen the agent. Spot something off? Flag it.
Set default Home widgets for new staff
New employees no longer land on a one-size-fits-all Home screen. Super Admins can pick which widgets show by default, from My Team to Who's Away, drag to reorder them, and lock the layout so users can't change it. Apply to new joiners only or everyone.
Extend or reopen a performance cycle
A running review cycle no longer locks you out. Change the end date right from the cycle menu when people need more time, or bring a closed cycle back to life by setting a fresh deadline. Works for any fixed-date cycle.
Your company's name on emails
Shapes emails can now carry your company's identity. Set a sender name so employees see "{Company} via Shapes", and a reply-to address so replies land in a real inbox
