Sensitive fields
You can now mark any field as sensitive (salary, ID numbers, or custom fields) and it shows as ***** across platform. Reveal it with a click. You can configure which fields are sensitive from account Settings.
My Tasks Widget
A new My Tasks widget brings your assigned tasks to the home screen. Add it from the widget menu in the bottom-right corner. Click any row and the task drawer opens instantly. Everything on your plate, first thing you see.
Official Claude connector
Shapes is now an official Claude connector. Admins can find it in Claude's connector page, add it once, and employees link their own accounts, keeping permissions intact throughout. Already using our custom MCP? Nothing changes. Your Shapes data, right where you need it.
12-month booking history in approvals
Approving time off? You'll now see how many days the employee has booked for the same reason over the past 12 months, and how many days the pending request adds on top. It shows up in booking details, the approval queue, and assigned tasks. Enable it per policy in time-off settings.
Decimals in hourly time-off policies
Hourly time-off policies now accept decimals. Annual allocation, carry-over, tenure-based accrual, document thresholds, negative-balance limits and max-accrued caps all take values like 7.5 or 20.75.
