Age & Work Anniversary columns
Two new calculated columns for the People directory. Age shows years based on date of birth; Work Anniversary shows each person's next anniversary, you can sort to see who's coming up. Add them from Customize Columns
Number ratings in performance reviews
Rating questions can now show the scale as plain numbers (1–10), not just emojis. Pick the number option in the rating question's icon picker when building a review.
FTE % scales time off for part-timers
Part-time schedules no longer mean hand-adjusting every policy. Set an FTE percentage on an employee and their time-away accruals, caps, carry-over and negative-balance floors all scale automatically.
Search people by email or ID
You can now search the People list by work email, Employee ID or Unique Identifier, straight from the search box.
A smarter, faster AI chat
The AI chat now answers faster and thinks deeper before it replies. It also remembers within a conversation — ask a follow-up like "now group that by department" and it builds on what it already worked out.
