Skip-level manager and Birthday columns

Add Skip-Level Manager and Birthday to your People list. Birthday shows the day and month only, never the year, and sorts by whose birthday is next. Route a compensation approval step to the skip-level manager, and ask the AI assistant "Who is my skip-level?" or "Whose birthday is coming up?"
