Shapes platform access overview
What does it do?
A permissions and access view that gives admins and HR ops teams a live snapshot of who has access to Shapes, at what level, and where onboarding is incomplete. It displays every employee's name, permission level, job title, team, last login timestamp, and active status alongside an invite toggle. This allows you to see exactly who's set up, who's pending, and who hasn't been invited yet. A summary tally at the top breaks down user counts by permission level for an at-a-glance read on access distribution across the organisation.
When should it be used?
Most useful for HR ops and system admins who need a clear picture of who's set up, who's pending, and who hasn't been invited yet. Reach for it when onboarding new employees, auditing platform access, or preparing for an org-wide rollout. Can also be used any time you need to confirm permission levels are correctly assigned ahead of a review cycle, reorg, or compliance check.
What's inside?
- A permission-level summary tally at the top breaking down live user counts by access tier, so gaps and over-provisioning are immediately visible.
- A full employee table with name, job title, team, last login timestamp, active or inactive status, and current permission level.
- An invite toggle on each row to track whether an invitation has been sent, making it easy to spot and act on employees not yet onboarded.
- A search bar to filter by name, team, or permission level without scrolling through the full list.
