What does it do?

A matrix view that maps your identified skills across every employee and team in one place. It makes skills coverage visible at every level, from individual gaps to org-wide patterns, so L&D decisions and leadership conversations are backed by a clear picture of where capability exists and where it doesn't.

When should it be used?

When planning learning and development investment, preparing for leadership conversations about capability, or matching mentors and mentees based on complementary skills. Most useful for HR leaders and L&D teams who need to move beyond instinct when making strategic decisions about where to build, hire, or develop skills across the org.

What's inside?

  • A summary strip showing total skills tracked, total team members, average coverage, and at-risk skills.
  • A matrix with employees broken down by team on the left and identified skills across communication, tooling, productivity, and other core categories mapped left to right.
  • Coverage indicators per cell showing where each person is strong, developing, or missing a skill entirely.
  • Team and individual filters so you can scope the matrix to a specific function or find a specific person quickly.
