What does it do?

A data completeness view that gives HR teams a clear, prioritised picture of every gap across their people data. It surfaces missing fields by severity, shows which field types are most commonly incomplete, and identifies the specific employees who need the most attention. Rather than discovering data gaps at the worst possible moment, like ahead of a compliance audit or a review cycle, this view makes them visible and actionable on a regular basis.

When should it be used?

Regularly, as part of ongoing data hygiene, and urgently before any process that depends on clean people data such as compliance reporting, compensation reviews, onboarding audits, or analytics work. Most useful for HR ops and admins who own data quality across the platform, and for preparing for cycles where incomplete records create real risk.

What's inside?

  • A total completeness radial chart giving an immediate org-wide picture of how complete your people data is overall.
  • A gap summary showing total number of missing fields broken down by critical, medium, and low priority.
  • Charts visualising the types of gaps across your data, so patterns in what's missing are easy to spot.
  • A top missing fields table ranking which fields have the most gaps across the organisation.
  • An employee-level breakdown identifying the specific people whose records need the most attention, so you know exactly where to start.
